Use your browser's back button to return to the add/modify/delete page

TO ENTER YOUR INFORMATION ON THIS LIST:

EVERYONE will need to click the Add/Delete/Modify link the first time in.
You will be presented with a Login screen.  The first time, please select
the "Signup" button at the bottom of that screen.  You will be prompted for a 
username and password, which can be anything you like.  Please endeavor to
remember these.  We recommend a username of lastname and initials
(e.g. campbellcl for Chuck L. Campbell) with a good password that you will not 
forget.  If you forget, we will have to manually go fix things, and
that will NOT be instantaneous...

Once your account has been created, you will be prompted to log in using
the username and password.  Please do so.

You will now see a screen that offers options to add, search, delete, modify,
list all and log off.  You should select add, and fill in the requested 
information, then press the "Add Record" button at the bottom of the form.  
The record you have entered will be displayed, and if you need to correct
something, press the "Modify" link.  If all is ok, you may now log off.

You will be able to change any of the information in your own record at any 
time, by logging on and selecting "Modify" or even "Delete".  You may enter
multiple records, but only the user who created the record will be able to 
modify or delete it.

My apologies to all of you who sent us an email with the requested 
information.  We did NOT type them all in.  Even if we had done so, you would
not be the owner of your own record, nor would you be able to change or
delete it, so please take the time to go and add yourself to the database.

TO BROWSE THE LIST:

Any time you come to the committee pages, you may select the "Looking for
Someone?" link, and select the "Searchable list" option to browse 
the entries.  No username or password is required to browse, and you do not
have to have a registered username and password to do this.
